About Us

History and Background of Nthali

Partner for Community Transformations–Nthali was founded in 2024 in response to the harsh realities of climate change affecting marginalized youth and women farmers in rural Malawi.

After losing his crops during the 2023–2024 farming season due to the El Niño weather pattern, our founder experienced firsthand the devastating impact of climate shocks. This loss revealed that the struggle was not his alone, it is shared by millions of farmers who face similar challenges.

Driven by this reality, Nthali is committed to building a regenerative food system that increases yields and boosts income, even amidst climate challenges.

Our work ensures that every bite of food produced is ecologically resilient and contributes to leaving the earth better than we found it.
